WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO MUCH LESS THAN THE OTHER BIGGER COMPANIES?
We sell our sets directly to you. There is no middleman markup between you and our high-quality play systems. The other guys sell through a dealer network, which marks up their sets 60%-100%.

WHAT TYPE OF WOOD DOES KID'S CREATIONS USE?
We use 100% Con-Heart Redwood. We are the only manufacturer to use a grade of lumber this high in every component of our play system.

WHAT IS "CON-HEART REDWOOD"?
That describes the grade of redwood we use. "Con" stands for construction so you can be assured it is strong and durable. "Heart" means it comes from the very center of the redwood tree. Lots of companies use redwood but they use the outer portion. Only the interior of the redwood tree is rot and insect resistant. Lumber cut from the outside of the tree will rot and decay if you don't stain it every year.

DO I NEED TO STAIN MY SET?
No, Con-Heart Redwood never needs any sanding or staining.

WHY DO THE OTHER COMPANIES STAIN THEIR SETS?
Almost all the other companies use a mixture of different types of wood. They stain it so it looks like redwood. Be sure to read the fine print in their catalogs. Some even use Chinese fir in their play systems.

CAN ADULTS PLAY ON KID'S CREATIONS PLAY SYSTEMS?
Absolutely! Our 4x6 swing beams are rated at 250 lbs. per swing and no weight limit on our towers or slides.

DO I NEED A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER?
Our sets are designed to be put together by everyday moms and dads. Most of the components are pre-built at our shop. Ladders, rock walls, handrail, deck boards, and many other components are all constructed in our shop. you connect part 1 to part 2 and tighten the nut. Most single towers can be assembled in about 5 hours. If assembly is not an option for you, we do offer installation in many parts of the country.

HOW IS MY SET DELIVERED?
Once your set is built and ships from our shop in Garnett, Kansas the trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. You must meet the driver and help him get the set off of the truck. The average set comes in 4 bundles. Three of the bundles weigh about 100 lbs. and are easily unloaded. The 4th pieces is a pallet that the driver will open and hand over the parts to you. Allow 20 minutes to help unload the truck.

DOES THE LUMBER USED IN YOUR SETS ADHERE TO THE SUSTAINABLE FORESTRY PRACTICES?
