Warranty Information

Our warranty is very simple. Damage due to insects, water sprinklers or acts of God (including tornadoes, hail storms, fire, etc.) are not covered. This warranty applies to original purchaser only. Notice of failure or defect must be reported to Kid's Creations within a reasonable time. In no event will Kid's Creations be liable for loss or damage to personal property for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages nor failure(s) which are caused by events, acts or omissions beyond our control including, but not limited to, misuse or improper maintenance. This warranty gives you certain specific rights which vary from state to state.

To make a claim under this warranty, please send a written description of the defect along with your name, address and telephone number to the address below. We may request a photograph of the defect or permission to inspect the building. All repairs and/or replacement parts will be made within a reasonable time (10-14 days).

Returns

Kid's Creations offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply return it within 30 days and we'll refund your purchase price.

Kid's Creations will take care of all return costs within the 30 days Return Policy. Once the returned goods are received and inspected, funds are credited to the original payment holder and/or credit cards. Credits are posted between 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping

We can ship to most areas in the U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. The shipping rates can be seen on you add an item to your shopping cart. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimension based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Additional lead time required for deliveries in remote areas.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

We package all of our products well so they arrive on your property safely. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 30 days. We're happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible. When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks severely damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this situation, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away. If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
