I wanted to let you know that the set-up of the swing set went very well. My husband started putting it together about noon on Friday. His brother helped later in the afternoon and it was up and half the kids in the neighborhood were playing on it by 7:00pm.

It probably would have been up sooner if it had not been such a hot day. We were extremely impressed with how easily it went up. We had heard horror stories about assembling swing sets from other manufactures. We will definitely recommend Kids Creations to our friends.

I would greatly recommend your products for anyone looking to get exceptional quality at a very reasonable, low price. My wife and I would like to convey how happy we are with the Three Ring Adventure Swing Set. This is just what we wanted. The step by step instructions made it easy to put together and the pre-drilled holes aligned perfectly. It took about 5 hours to assemble and in no time our two girls felt right at home.

The affordable price and beautiful red wood made it easy to purchase. We were also impressed with Jeff's customer service as well as the easy going delivery man. He backed his truck exactly where we wanted and even helped unload the swing set.

The swing set and play station looks great in our backyard and best of all my daughters love it! They are always outside climbing and swinging. I would recommend Kids Creations to anyone. Thanks again Jeff!

Thanks so much for providing such an outstanding product at such a reasonable price. The swingset shipped on the exact day you said it would, and arrived within a week.

I just finished assembling our swingset (a slightly modified/customized Acrobat model), and the kids played on it all day. Total assembly time was around 7-8 hours (with mainly just 2 people), which was probably a little longer than most sets due to the large bridge section.

The instructions were excellent, and all of the pre-drilled boards lined up very well. I would highly recommend your products for anyone looking to get exceptional quality at a VERY reasonable price. I have attached a couple of pictures of the completed swingset.

P.S. We used pea stone for the swing set area, and I would highly recommend it for anyone else who asks about a good base material. Short of the rubber mulch, pea stone is probably the best thing you can use (inexpensive, and very giving).

It took us only 4 hours from the time we stepped outside until my daughter could use it. The directions were so easy, especially since we'd never tackled a project like this before. And the set is still holding strong after one of the harshest New England winters we've had in a long time.

I wanted to take a minute to tell you how impressed I am with the swing-set we purchased. It took me about 6 hours to put together and the instructions were great.

The quality is exceptional and several of my neighbors asked for the website so they can do a little research. Hopefully you will see a few more swing-sets heading toward Prior Lake, Minnesota.

I just wanted to thank you for all the help and customer service you provided to me during the purchase and construction of the play set. I was extremely skeptical about purchasing such an item online without being able to see it in person or check its strength/quality.

I researched dozens of different swing set manufacturers and found many to offer similar sets as the kids creations ones but with a much higher price tag. I searched online and off and again no one could beat the price of kids creations.

The swing set came in on Tuesday the 21st of Dec. and we had it completed by Wed. I had one other person helping me and it took us about 5-6 hours to have it fully completed. We did have to deal with high winds so that added to the build time. I was completely shocked that all the pieces fit together perfectly. There was no extra drilling required, all holes matched up perfectly, and none of the parts were damaged. It was almost too good to be true. If anyone out there has any doubts about kids creation sets let me reassure you that you will be 100% satisfied with the product as well as the service.

Also if anyone in the Southern California area is interested in seeing a set in person you are more than welcome to swing by (no pun intended) our house and see ours. Thanks again Jeff and all of you at kids creations you really made this Christmas a special one for my family and I.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line. I have the playset up and my kids just love it!! Your help in designing a "custom" set to meet my needs for three growing kids was just superb. The quality of your sets is first rate and your prices are very reasonable. This turned out far better than the "best bang for the buck" deal that I was looking for when I first researched backyard playsets. I have not had time yet to put in my ground cover yet, but I can't keep my kids off the set.

Your swing sets are very nice!! The quality of your swing sets are a lot nicer then the local swing set companies in this area. Here are a few pictures of the set that I installed today in New York.

The Playset is completely put together now...just finished it yesterday...It is a bit premature to give a final critique on your company's product, however, so far we are very pleased.

First of all, we feel that the playset we received was a good representation of what we saw on your website. The Playset that you sent was as good as it looked on line.

Secondly, the playset went together extremely well. I (Todd) actually put 80% of it up in about 4-hours with a little help from my 11, 9, and 5-year old boys...

Lastly, you and your company were very good to work with. You delivered a good product and you delivered good customer service and you delivered within the estimated time.

As I said in a previous e-mail, I am so glad that I did not waste my time and efforts on the sets sold in the home centers. I've tried that route before and was not very pleased.

Well, the play set is finally up and the boys just love it. Every piece matched and lined up perfectly, and the installation was much easier than I expected. Hi Jeff, just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am (not to mention my son) with your Three Ring Adventure playset. It arrived quickly, and best of all, went up quickly as well. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow, and I assembled the entire playset (with the help of one other person) in a day.

I was pleasantly surprised that all the pieces fit, and all the pre-drilled holes lined up as they should. The finish of the pieces was very nice with all edges sanded smooth and no splinters. The playset is very sturdy as well, and allows me to swing along with my wife and son.

I was a bit leery a first, buying a playset sight unseen over the internet, but you were very responsive to both my phone and e-mail questions, and my reservations disappeared. Good thing too, as I almost spent $4,000 (before tax!) for a redwood playset from a local dealer that did not have as many features!

When we set out to find a swing set and play station I had two concerns the safety of my daughter and how it would look in my back yard. After looking at everything on the market we were sure you had the best product.

We are so pleased with the quality of Kids Creations. The construction is first class all of the corners are rounded, the bolts are counter sunk, and the wood is splinter free.
