I did quite an extensive search for a durable, not to mention quality product. And I most definitely found that in Kid's Creations!

A fellow firefighter and myself had pretty much all of the structure (clubhouse, swing-beam, ladder, rockwall, ropeladder, gangplank) assembled in about 4.5 hours. Great instructions, easy to follow (read twice assemble once)! You were definitely correct in reference to the "Father Thing". Anyway, long story short, thank you and your "TEAM" so very much!

We received our Entertainer II on Monday and my husband was so impressed with the quality of wood. We were going to have Mr. Handyman put it together, but after looking at it, we decided to give it a try ourselves first. I read the directions and my husband and friend put it together in about four hours!! The kids were thrilled, and the general adult reaction to seeing the playset is "oh, wow!" Then they ask us where we got it from - so we are plugging you!


We are extremely impressed with the quality - it is by far the best constructed of all the playsets I researched (and I did my homework). The wide sturdy ladder is awesome. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! Everytime I look at it, I pat myself on the back for picking the "right" company! Thanks for offering such a quality product in a market full of wanna-be's.

Hi Jeff,

Thank you so much for all your assistance and service in helping us acquire a fantastic swingset. It arrived in just a couple weeks, just as you promised. Indeed, you helped us get it here just in time for my husband to build it before his foot surgery. We have had it a month now and are using it all the time! That includes the grown ups. We are so impressed with how attractive and sturdy it looks and feels!

The ladder is very large and sturdy. Indeed, the entire playset, wood and accessories, is so much higher quality than we see in most other people's backyards. In fact, the only comparable playsets I've seen around have price tags that are at least a thousand dollars more. At least.


We look forward to adding on to our set in a couple years, perhaps another level! Since we put our playset on a slope (so it can get shade and have a nice view of the surroundings from the fort), we had to adjust the slide and ladder as seen in the picture. My husband, a physics teacher, and I designed the adjustments and then we called you to buy some more wood.

The shipment of extra wood arrived in just a couple days, just in time for us to finish the playset for my daughter's birthday. Thank you!!!! We love the bottom floored-in level for picnics and shaded play. We leave toys out there.

Each and every attachment is used a lot by my oldest daughter, age 4. My just turned 2 year old enjoys not only the baby swing, but also the glider swing and the fort area, both upper level and lower level. I enjoy the disk swing best myself! The slide is very fast!

We are so proud we took the time to research playsets and found your website. We have no regrets about our decision to buy from you. We now tell everyone who is looking to buy a playset about your website.

Don't hesitate to add me to your growing list of testimonials. What a pleasure it was working directly with the owner of a company instead of getting tangled up with Sales and Tech Support. Something you don't advertise on your web site is your availability to assist with any installation question and, in my case, help customize the design. You were always available (or called back within minutes) -- even on the weekend.

Even though I customized the Ring Master to include almost every option available, every piece fit perfectly - except for one due to the customization -- and you didn't hesitate to overnight a replacement at your expense. I want your potential customers to know this not because they should expect any problems, but because of the hassle-free and timely manner you responded to this glitch. Your personal customer service was exemplary.

I also appreciated the fact you sent me extra nuts, bolts, and even railings. You made sure I didn't come up short on hardware on what was probably one of your largest sets. Great service, great quality, and a great price too. I highly recommend your company.

Note:

• Of all the options I added, I would encourage your Ring Master customers to seriously consider the one option I almost didn't add - the straight slide. My 3, 4, and 6 year old love the long straight slide even more than the tube slide (at least so far)
• The wood roof option was for my wife and I - beautiful isn't it?
• We stained with Olympic Maximum "Redwood Naturaltone" "wood toner" stain available at Lowes. I recommend it.
• The ground cover is rubber chips from Permalife. Like Kids Creations, I found them to be the best price for the best quality on the internet

I'm finally sending you some feedback on the Grandstand Swing Set that we purchased from you in July. Wow! Is the best way we can describe how happy we are that we chose a kidscreations product. We checked and compared dozens of different swing sets and feature for feature yours is the best.

The quality of the materials is second to none. We also know that we got the best value for our money. The assembly was easy (we're both over 50 and we were able to complete the assembly ourselves). We weren't as fast as some people claim to have been, but if we could complete the assembly, anyone can!

I wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful swingset we received just a couple of weeks ago! Our kids love the Big Top swingset and we could not ask for a better quality swingset at such a wonderful price.

You provided us with wonderful customer service and answered our numerous emails and phone calls very promptly and also were very patient as we almost was emailing you every day!

I emailed pictures of the swingset to our families and they were in awe on how beautiful the Big Top looks!

It took my husband two days to put it together (a few hours on each day of the weekend) and he had no problems. Each piece was numbered and the instructions were very easy to follow. The kids were playing on it as soon as it was built. My 17 month old son already knows how to climb up the stairs and go down the slide on his own but of course he loves the baby swing the best! My 5 year old daughter is loving every bit of the swingset and loves to eat at the picnic table!
